Lee is quite simply an excellent instructor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about learning to drive. He immediately settled my nerves. Lee really took the time to get to know my learning style and tailored each lesson around this. Each lesson was really fun with clear instruction. 10/10 ☺️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Brilliant Driving Instructor!
I can’t recommend Kingsley’s School of Motoring enough! After failing twice in a manual around 10 years ago, I lost all confidence and genuinely thought I’d never get behind the wheel again. But life changes meant it was finally time to try again - this time in an automatic - and I’m so glad I chose Kingsley!
From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable, supported, and, most importantly, capable. He wasn’t just a fantastic instructor - he became a friend and therapist too! Over roughly 56 hours of lessons, he built my confidence back up, helped me overcome my fears, and somehow managed to put up with my weekly life updates.
Thanks to his patience, expertise, and endless encouragement, I passed my test on my first attempt with just two driver faults! I honestly never thought I’d be able to say that! I’m over the moon but also a little sad that I won’t have him sitting next to me, nattering away. If you’re nervous about driving or think you’ll never pass, trust me - Kingsley is the one to get you there!
Thank you so much, Kingsley - you’ve truly changed my life! 🚗💨

I had Kingsley as my instructor and he was by far the best I’ve had! Couldn’t recommend enough he was so patient and and supportive. All round amazing instructor we had a really good laugh aswell as learning and I passed within a really good time of being his student I wouldn’t have wanted to learn with anyone else after meeting Kingsley 10/10 best instructor to learn with 🎉

I had previously heard so many good things about Kingsleys, especially as many of my friends had passed with them. However, I do believe it solely depends on the instructor you end up with. Mine was often late for lessons and cancelled two, I didn’t even know how far I had progressed as he never kept track, I felt like I was repeating what I’d learnt in lesson 1 over and over. When I decided to move on and asked for my money back, I didn’t receive a full refund and it took almost 5 days just to receive part of the money. Very disappointed with the service as I have now lost a lot of confidence with driving due to abruptness and lack of consistency. Make sure you don’t pre pay for ANY lessons so you can see how you feel with your instructor.

I am 25 years old and have had several different instructors in my time. Kingsley makes you feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, it helps that he is just a happy chappy and nothing is a problem. I am a huge worrier and thought my nerves would get the better of me on the day of my test. However kingsley filled me with confidents, leading to me passing first time. Will be recommending kingsley's driving school to all friends and family wanting to get on the road. Literally couldn't sing the praises of kingsley's anymore!

Passed my test on Monday 4 July after several failed attempts! Passed with 3 minors! Most important thing is to never give up and keep going because you'll get there in the end for anybody else who finds it challenging or struggles! Learnt with Alex, had ups and downs with confidence etc throughout my training but got there in the end! If I can do it, anybody can! Never never give up!

Great driving school and believe me I'm far from a natural driver. Kingsley has a fantastic sense of humour which defo helped calm nerves. I'd never been to Newton Abbott in my life before I started the lessons, so I was unfamiliar with the area. Despite this I was made to feel confident in the car very quickly. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Kingsley’s School of Motoring enough! After failing twice in a manual around 10 years ago, I lost all confidence and genuinely thought I’d never get behind the wheel again. Great driving school and believe me I'm far from a natural driver. Kingsley has a fantastic sense of humour which defo helped calm nerves.
