I did a week long intensive driving course with Mark Lyons, he was confrontational, aggressive and unprofessional. I had told Surepass before i started this course that i was new to driving and hadn't had any lessons even with that knowledge Mark berated me about the prettiest things and made my experience driving with hostile. He cancelled my driving test that i had paid for without telling me and then later lied saying he told me on the Tuesday of that week (he definitely did not). He used the hours i had paid for and hours i was supposed to be driving with to have his break (so i was basically paying for his break) and he scammed me out of 72 pounds worth of hours. Overall it was an awful experience with an awful defencive driving instructor.

Totally unprofessional instructor. He was not friendly in the slightest and complained about everything I was doing wrong, even though I am a learner. I'm rather upset with how I was treated and at times wanted to get out of the car and walk away. Instructors name was Mark. I highly recommend not getting lessons from this instructor. I had high hopes for Surepass but this instructor has really let them down.

I did a week long intensive driving course with Mark Lyons, he was confrontational, aggressive and unprofessional. I had told Surepass before i started this course that i was new to driving and hadn't had any lessons even with that knowledge Mark berated me about the prettiest things and made my experience driving with hostile. Totally unprofessional instructor. He was not friendly in the slightest and complained about everything I was doing wrong, even though I am a learner. I'm rather upset with how I was treated and at times wanted to get out of the car and walk away. Instructors name was Mark. I highly recommend not getting lessons from this instructor. I had high hopes for Surepass but this instructor has really let them down.
