Don has been amazing from start to finish in helping me learn to drive! He was super supportive of helping me with my theory test; and when starting practical lessons he’s one of the calmest people to be around. Don has helped build my own confidence in my driving abilities enabling me to pass my test first time. Highly recommended! A great driving instructor, and friend.

Don is an incredibly patient instructor who understands that not every pupil is going to feel at home (at first) in a car. 33 hours of lessons, and some off-lesson practice with my mum, and I got a pass on my practical first time!
A word of advice: Don may offer you some excellent material to learn your theory. Please use it, as it prepares you for lessons and both the theory and practical tests.

I was a very nervous learner, but Don made me feel so at ease and was patient and fun to learn to drive with. I never felt he was teaching me to pass the test; he was teaching me to be a good driver. Throughout he was reliable, encouraging and positive.

Don is a fantastic instructor. He is both patient and knowledgeable, as well as very reasonably priced. If you want to pass first time call Hastings Driving Lessons :)
