General Info
Learning to drive is an exciting and equally terrifying prospect for most people. I am an ex AA Driving School instructor. I now own and run my own driving school but still follow the AA Driving School's strict code of conduct. I aim to make your driving experience relaxing, enjoyable, safe, exciting but never terrifying. I will not only teach you to pass your driving test, I will teach you to drive safely and with confidence so that you can continue to drive on our ever increasingly busy roads with safety.

Today I passed my driving test first time with 1 minor from learning from Mike! I’m so happy, I didn’t believe I’d do it but all his teaching and patience paid off. He had so much faith in me he really is a great instructor. He’s a lovely man and I recommend him highly. Definitely go with Mike iDrive :)

I am posting this review as the parent of my daughter who has recently been having her driving lessons with Idrive.
Mike was very patient with my daughter. Mostly my feedback is how easy the process was to book in her lessons, my daughters work schedule was forever changing but Mike always made sure he could fit in her lessons around her work, without this flexibility the process would not have worked, Mike even made himself available at very short notice when we managed to get a test cancellation.

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. My son passed his test first time yesterday. He has been an excellent instructor who has ensured my son is a capable, confident and safe driver.

Wish I could give a ten star rating instead of just 5 stars. Mike is a great driving instructor. He has a calm and patient way of teaching and is always happy to make sure you achieve your goals in becoming a good driver. I'm happy to say I passed first time which I feel wouldn't of been possible if I didn't have Mike as my instructor. I would recommend him to anyone, As he truly cares on helping you get on the road and is so incredibly patient and is encouraging no matter what level you are at.
For me all my lessons were great and worth the money as I always learnt something new or either improved on an area I wasn't happy with. Due to this it has allowed me to become the driver I thought I could never become. Thank you Mike for being a awesome fab teacher.

Mike was very patient with my daughter.
