I strongly advise against this instructor. Her behavior is simply unacceptable: during lessons, she spends most of the time on her phone, which is not only unprofessional but also dangerous. We always drive around the same places, particularly around a small park, without any progress. In five months, I’ve only had five hours of driving because she’s constantly on holiday or sick. Awful experience, ended up contacting the DVSA. Lessons were extremely basic, doing laps of the same estate over and over with no progression. Instructor was on her phone half the time! I stupidly paid for a block of lessons and didn't end up taking them all, when I politely asked for a refund for the hours I hadn't taken, the instructor was immediately very rude and unprofessional saying there is a no refund policy (nothing at all stating this in writing, no paperwork was ever shown or signed). I felt uncomfortable taking the remaining lessons because of the way I'd been spoken to. Owner refused to help as the instructors are all "self employed". Read Less
