Thanks to Simon I managed to overcome my nervousness and pass my test second time. He’s a great instructor and individual who made me feel comfortable and was supportive during my lessons. Do not use the instructor Mark Sam or any other instructor at this company! This is the worst driving school. No one passes with them! They don't teach you properly and their instructors are very unprofessional! Avoid at all costs. If you want to pass this is not the company to use!!!! Read Less

Passed my test 1st time today. Thanks to Kirstin. She is an amazing instructor I would highly recommend her. I was so incredibly nervous and anxious about starting to learn how to drive but Kirstin made me feel relaxed and comfortable right from the beginning. She has a good way of teaching, she does her job extremely well and is Very easy to get along with. I have given this a five star rating because I want to caught everyone's attention before then even begin thinking about going with this company. This is a horrendous company who will rob you blind! I had grant as my instructor who as a person very nice, as an instructor... well where do I begin! This man failed to tell me what car I was driving (diesel), never told me about the test it's self ('show me tell me') he told me to book my test and told me to do it at Sutton test ...centre but never once took me there, to show me where I may be going around, never bothered to tell me he was cancelling my lesson as he was in 'hospital' which not even his own boss knew about. I had to find out on the day because I messaged him asking if he could pick me up from a different location. But if I didn't I would of just been waiting around, he is very forgetful (payments and how many lessons was left as I had booked block lessons). DAYLIGHT ROBBERY please do not go with this company!
