Shelly has honestly been the most amazing instructor anyone can ever have!! From the very beginning, I met her as a complete stranger so I was feeling nervous but I saw how friendly she is and from then on she's always made me feel very comfortable when I have lessons with her. What I loved about her is that during lessons she'd speak to me as a friend but when she needed to be, she'd be strict. She gave me confidence & even when I would have bad lessons sometimes, she would always reassure me. I would defo recommend her!!! I took one 2 hour lesson few months ago with this company - it was in Ramadan and the intructor was very inappropriate, kept asking me if i am upset with him and he kept reaching over touching my legs at least 3 times. He was telling me his life story that hes not fasting and do I mind hes not. It then started raining and thats when he decided in the middle of the lesson he wants to be paid - I gave the money and forcefully took myself home in the car. He then called me 5 times to give me more lessons - I dont think he had many students. The lesson was so scary and I felt that I wasnt safe - His name was Ray his number ended with 800. I blocked him off everything I noted it with 111 if anything was to happen in future as he picked me up from my home. Read Less

I tried 2 of their instructors and both were not very great, the first instructor mark was very quick to get frustrated as I was quite nervous having never driven. Raf was brilliant - he explained everything well, was very patient, and when I made mistakes he was calm and explained to me clearly what I had done wrong and how to avoid it again. Driving was always going to be a challenge for due to a medical condition I have. I had put off getting my licence for so long I nearly gave up hope. However in 2016 I finally passed my Theory and went for it. I was lucky enough to be put in touch with ADI Shereen by Muj brother and I started lessons asap.
