I had one of the worst instructor from road runner driving school,when I asked on the phone he said is £22 per hour Fareen was my instructor she charged me£25 for one hour,she was extremely rood,she was shouting with me screaming keep holding my hand for no reason,also as a qualified instructor I don't think that they will abuse u when u will pay them,i would never ever recommend this Doggy to any one to have this worst experience in my life discusting behaviour,I am going to repeat the elephant 🐘 Name again (FAREEN)do not go with her she will book u next day cause she don't no customers!!!!!!! Very unprofessional. My instructor is always late for my lesson and also tries to shorten my driving lesson. Dishonest And very unprofessional. I don't recommend this company to anyone looking for driving lessons. My instructor ( Wahid) was very rude aswell and would never listen to me. Driving instructor could communicate effectively and was understanding...sometimes. At times it seemed as if he would lose his temper so if you're a slow learner then I suggest you go else where unless you want to feel very intimidated. Also, the car that I used wasn't what I would describe as 'clean', so if you're fussy about cleanliness I recommend looking elsewhere. Albeit, the instructor was punctual and given that you call their office to book, their response time can be very quick. I don't recommend booking via the website as they took far too long (3 days or so) to response. After calling in, they called back after 30ish minutes. All in all, a decent driving school with ok customer service but a poor/acceptable fleet. Read Less

Please don't use this company, very unprofessional and dishonest. I phoned these guys and asked how much was the lesson on automatic was told £22 per lesson and a block of 10 lesson discounted at £200. On the day of first lesson I gave the instructor £110 and told him the following day I will given him the remaining £100. First lesson and ONLY lesson, very unprofessional and uncomfortable due TO THE EXCESS SMELL OF SMOKE After calling the company on after what supposed to be first lesson and TOLD THEM I never wanted to see that individual again, I asked for my refund I was only given £ 87 after the instructor collected £110 and was told its £23 for individual lesson. PLEASE, please don't waste your money.. In order to publicly post my review, I had to give a star. But they deserver 5 minuses stars. Very disappointed. Read Less

From roadrunner I had Shilpi Begum as my instructor. Shilpi helped me perfect my driving skills and now I can confidently say I'm a good and safe driver. She will immediately notice your weaknesses, and work on them with you until you get it right. I travelled to her from Greenwich because I liked her so much and thought it was worth the travel. Simply the worst consumer experience I've ever had in my life. Instructor was late, kept me waiting in the rain for 15 minutes after attempting to haggle the location and time of the lesson and lied about his location on route. The first thing the instructor (simply known as 'Mo') did was complain that I had paid through the school stating he preferred to be paid in cash, he then proceed to light up a cigarette and berate me CONSTANTLY, making his frustration evident. Pathetic teaching technique and no patience, but it gets worse. Yes, worse than the instructor lighting up a cigarette at the start of my lesson. He indirectly calls me an idiot by going over a lengthy anecdote about how his idiot friend breaks with his left foot as this is what idiots do, despite the fact I was not doing this AT ALL, all of this during my PAID lesson. Shortly afterwards he stops the car to complain I'm not listening and he will be cancelling the lesson. Attempts to intimidate me and drops me off on the road in the middle of nowhere. I was refused a refund, investigation or even an apology for the lesson, and I was left feeling completely disrespected and swindled in all honesty. Even writing this I am struggling to believe how anyone in their right mind can consider this an acceptable service. Do yourself a favour and book your lessons anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere.
