If you're looking for a driving instructor, I genuinely couldn't recommend Sunil more highly. I came to Sunil with only two weeks until my driving test after already completing over 30 hours with another instructor. Looking back, I honestly feel like I wasted a lot of that time. I originally chose the other instructor because he was slightly cheaper, but the difference in the quality of teaching was huge. Sunil is worth every penny. Working with him made me realise just how much more there was to driving than I had been taught before. He has an amazing way of explaining the fundamentals using clever phrases, diagrams, and drawings that make everything click. So many things I had been unsure about suddenly made perfect sense. One thing that really sets him apart is the way he gives feedback. He notices absolutely everything and leaves no stone unturned, but he explains it in such a simple, memorable way that it never feels overwhelming. He's also incredibly quick-witted and has a great sense of humour, which makes the lessons enjoyable. One of my favourite moments was when he looked at my positioning and wrote the note, "You've made bicycle heaven!" It genuinely made me laugh, but it's also the perfect example of the funny, clever phrases he uses that stick in your mind. After just three long lessons with Sunil, I came out a much more confident, capable, and safer driver. Not only did he prepare me to pass my test, but he taught me how to actually drive well for life (apologies for yanking the gears) I'm incredibly grateful for all of his help and honestly can't recommend him enough. If you're deciding between instructors, don't make the same mistake I did by choosing based on a slightly cheaper price. Investing in Sunil is absolutely worth it. Read Less

Had a great experience learning with Mr.Sunil. He is definitely a tough and disciplined instructor, but that’s exactly what you need to become a confident and safe driver. He doesn’t just aim to help you pass the test — he genuinely focuses on polishing your driving skills to a very high standard. By the time I went for my driving test, it honestly felt like a breeze rather than a stressful exam. I'd previously used another driving instructor but having failed my test then, decided to use Sharp Driving School. Sunil is undoubtedly highly experienced and incrementally broke down the various driving challenges novices face, which was truly enlightening. His ability to put one at ease is also to be applauded and with his assistance, I was able to pass my test comfortably with only 4 minor mistakes. The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is owing to him, on a couple of occasions, losing patience when I found it difficult to master a certain manoeuver. This I must stress however is a minor as I can vouch first hand that he is first-rate instructor and I would highly recommend him to any learner driver! Read Less

Sunil is a true professional who will teach you not just how to drive but to actually drive smoothly and to a high standard. As I'm working, I needed to do lessons after work and he was not just accommodating to my schedule but also a genuine teacher who wants his students to pass. Unlike some schools that pressure you into taking a million lessons, he asked me to drive on our first meeting in order to see how I did and assess me. I had a foreign driving license and more than 10 years of driving experience, but was a little rusty after not driving for 2 years since my move to the UK, as well as being nervous about driving here due to the smaller roads, traffic signs and road discipline. I did about 8 hours of lessons as I was confident in my driving but needed to get used to British roads and undo any bad habits. Definitely worth it! He even made me feel calm before the exam with some yoga breathing exercises. I passed! Thank you Sunil, now I can drive when the train strikes happen! 😆 Read Less

I had already passed my driving test but had not driven for 5 years. After having acquired a car, I contacted Sharp Driving School for some refresher lessons. The service was amazing, they made time around my busy schedule to ensure that lessons went ahead as planned and the lesson plan was always centered around what I wanted to do but ensured that we drove around a mix of traffic and road conditions. My instructor was fantastic and funny as well which made the lessons that much better. Going with Sharp allowed me to quickly gain my knowledge and confidence when driving around London. Kuki is an awesome instructor. I passed my test the first time with only 3 minor faults. She is friendly and very thorough with everything you need to know about the test. She gives great advice and clever techniques. Taking the actual test was like sitting with her during the lesson which made the test seem much easier than the lessons.
