Learning to drive for many people is almost like a rite of passage from childhood into adulthood. You´ll no longer need to rely on others for lifts, or plan your journeys around public transport making it easier to commute and enjoy a social life to the full.

Waste of time and money.
Instructor (Jon) was both rude and only turned up when suiting him, cancelling a large number of lessons last minute, one time even giving no notice of cancellation.

Waste of time and money.
Instructor (Jon) was both rude and only turned up when suiting him, cancelling a large number of lessons last minute, one time even giving no notice of cancellation.
Starting off i knew the basics of driving such as how to go up in gear and rules of the road with a passed theory test first time. I spent 19 lessons paying £25 and was not taught a single maneouvre.
When making a mistake i was pulled over and spoken to with anger.
I have recently started with a new instructor who has taught me manouvres in my second lesson and takes a much more helpful approach to improving my errors.

Jon is a great driving instructor, makes every angle of driving seem as simple as possible and builds confidence on the road well. A driving lesson won't be boring either as he is always talking and up for a laugh! He encouraged me to take my test despite not feeling confident he knew I was ready and it lead me on to pass first time. I reccommend anyone thinking of taking up lessons to do so with him!!
