I had 8 lessons with Steve and initially things were fine, but when my circumstances changed and I lost my job, I asked for a refund for the 2 unused lessons (£60) from my block. Despite explaining my situation clearly and pointing to the policy on his website (which says exceptions can be made in individual circumstances), he chose to read my messages and ignore them entirely. It’s really disappointing and shows a complete lack of compassion or professionalism. He’s kept £60 for lessons that were never delivered and hasn’t offered any solution or even a response. I wouldn’t recommend him based on how he treats students once he’s been paid. Read Less
