This lady has got to be one of the most unprofessional angry and rude driving instructors out there. My 18 year old missed an early lesson by mistake which I’m sure many of us have done similar things. I saw the the apology sent to her that day and although my daughter didn’t want to pay she understands she had to. After asking a simple question Helen then decided to cancel her next lesson with only 20 minutes notice and refused to do the test with her with a week to go which has left an 18 year old devastated and out of pocket and no way of taking her test that is booked. I spoke to Helen who was angry at me from the off when all I was trying to do was pay the owed lesson! This lady behaves like a petulant child! Read Less
