John Scott is an excellent driving instructor. I could not recommend him more highly. He is patient, consistent and knows the driving test requirements inside out. I was his very first deaf lipreading student and from the first lesson had total confidence in him. Honestly cannot recommend John enough! I had a bad experience with a previous instructor and used to absolutely dread the lessons, I feel so lucky and grateful that John took me on as the difference was amazing! I really looked forward to our lessons, John’s way of teaching is brilliant! I done more on my first lesson with John than I did with my previous instructor in 6 lessons! He’s friendly, professional, a really nice guy and puts you at ease. It’s obvious he really, really wants you to learn and to pass. He has great knowledge and explains everything really well. I’d just finished chemotherapy when I started my lessons with John and since I’ve finished I’ve had trouble with my memory, Johns way of teaching really does help you make the information stick. He explains everything really well and goes over things with you until it sticks. He has the patience of a saint. John really went out of his way to help me pass. I honestly don’t think I’d have been able to pass my test first time with only 4 faults or even pass at all if I had any other instructor.
