Had about 10 lessons with Martyn and each time he would drive us to the same estate and for the full hour I would do the same lap over and over again. He would then drive us back. Martyn knew I wasn’t new to driving as I had quite a few lessons with other instructors prior to this, so I was definitely capable of doing a lot more. It felt more like he was just taking the £35 and then doing the bare minimum for the hour. To top this off, he had canceled and rearrange lessons at the last minute a couple of times. I was once waiting to be picked up and it had been 10 minutes since the agreed time so I sent him a message and he got back straight away saying he had booked me in for the week following by mistake and then offered me a free lesson to make up for it. Shocking. 1st lesson he cancelled on very short notice and the second due to "car problems" he then offered a free lesson to make up for it. He continuesly moved lessons at last minute. Martyn knew I sometimes worked away and had a 2 week holiday planned yet when it came to me going on holiday he never answered the phone or text me back again like he was annoyed I went on a holiday he just completely ghosted me after approx 10 hours with him and those 10 hours we spent doing the same thing and route each lesson.
