Rick Dyer was a fantastic instructor! From day one, he guided me perfectly and really believed in my abilities. His support pushed me to do my best, and I ended up passing on my first try! I started driving for the first time at 24, and I was incredibly anxious. I had never imagined myself learning to drive because of this, but I was put with a really lovely instructor called Rebecca who helped me every step of the way. Rebecca is patient, funny and is good at putting you at ease. When mistakes happen and panic becomes too much, she discusses the situation and how you could have handled it differently without judgement or anger, which was so appreciated and useful. After 8 months, I passed my driving test first time with two minors, something I genuinely didn’t think was on the cards for me, but Rebecca believed in me the whole time. Thank you so much for your instruction, it is so appreciated x

I started my lessons with home james and had an amazing experience. Maria was my instructor and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout all of my lessons. I found it really easy to learn and adapt to the situations i was in whilst driving and i had all the support i needed to be successful within my test. I would highly recommend this company.

I honestly can't recommend Alex enough from Home James school of motoring. He is an absolute legend!
From day one, he made every lesson feel relaxed, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He is incredibly patient, friendly, and supportive. No matter how many times I asked the same question, even if it was 20 times, he would always explain it again with a smile, simplifying everything until it finally clicked.
What really sets Alex apart is that he goes above and beyond. He doesn't just teach you how to pass the driving test; he teaches you how to become a safe, confident, and responsible driver for life. Every lesson was filled with practical tips and guidance that I'll continue to use long after passing my test.
His calm approach gave me confidence behind the wheel, and he genuinely cared about my progress every step of the way.
Thanks to Alex, I finally passed my driving test, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in your success, Alex is the one. Thank you so much for all your help, I couldn't have done it without you!

I’m delighted to say that I have passed my practical driving test...
A huge thank you to my instructor, Hany Rahimi. She only gave me two lessons, but I can proudly say that she is the best driving instructor I have ever had. Before meeting Hany, I had taken five lessons with another instructor who kept telling me that I needed many more lessons. I decided to stop with him and switch to Hany, and it was the best decision I could have made.
Hany quickly identified what I needed to improve, gave clear guidance, and helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. Her teaching style was professional, supportive, and highly effective.
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Home James School of Motoring for their excellent service and support throughout my learning journey.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Hany Rahimi and Home James School of Motoring to anyone looking for a driving instructor who genuinely helps students succeed.
