I have just passed on my 1st test with Francis and she was the only instructor I ever had. She made me feel at total ease and was incredibly supportive when I had a off day.
She can explain driving in such a easy way to understand, Francis is always punctual and doesn’t let you down. She is worth every penny and gave me a lot of laughs, highly recommended isn’t enough to say good she is

DO NOT GO WITH FRANCES !!!
With the pandemic going on it is incredibly hard to get a test date. I started in April and she told me to book my test in July. I booked it for November as that was the earliest one I could get and I told her as soon as I had booked it. She recorded the date in her diary and I reminded her multiple times. A month before my test she told me she was going on holiday and couldn’t take my test with me. She is very unprofessional shouting and panicking whenever a mistake is made during the lesson. If you don’t want your son or daughter to become a anxious driver then I would go to a different driving instructor.

My instructor was very patient and clear with her instructions, she has made me feel comfortable as well as being punctual and professional. My instructor has helped build my confidence in driving. Pricing is very competitive would definitely recommend.

We ask for our training on Saturdays and they always happy to oblige with Saturday training.
As long as you have room for the training they will happily come to you.
There communication is very good.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the instructor. My daughter missed one lesson which I was happy to pay for. I asked for the bank details to pay into but was refused and told that this is cash o...
Very disappointed with the attitude of the instructor. My daughter missed one lesson which I was happy to pay for. I asked for the bank details to pay into but was refused and told that this is cash only. Later received text message saying that my daughter can't get any more lessons.
