I took 3 lessons before and today was the fourth for one hour. The instructor was totally unprofessional and impatient. He was raising his voice, yelling and shouting. Beside that, he used a totally offensive language. I had no idea what to do because he is my first driving instructor in UK. I remained calm as we were driving and his shouting could distract me which may leads to a major accident.
I tried to explain to him that I am a learner and his raised voice will push me to do more mistakes. I asked him politely to lower his voice and watch out for his language but he kept insisting of using bad words and insults to me.
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANY LESSONS WITH THIS INSTRUCTOR.

I was completely stumped with manuals and it turned into driving all together, until I saw this instructor in a car park and got in touch. It was the best decision I made!! If you love a bit of banter and a laugh on your lessons then this is the guy you need! He gave back my confidence in driving and feeling safe behind the wheel! I couldn't have asked for a better experience in learning to drive. And now I've passed first time, all thanks to this man!! An absolute legend, even with the bad jokes along the way!

I was completely stumped with manuals and it turned into driving all together, until I saw this instructor in a car park and got in touch. It was the best decision I made!!
