Mark was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable, safe and calm. We had so much fun in our lessons, and he really encouraged enjoying driving as well as cracking down when needed. He’s patient (which im very grateful for because even i lost my patience with myself and my driving many times🙈) and is truly amazing at keeping you calm when nerves are running high. After failing my first driving test, he made 100% sure that I would go into my second attempt with the right attitude and mindset in order to pass. Thanks to him, I did. I couldn't have done it without him, he explained things in a way that I could understand easily and improve. He told me how to improve in steps so I was never overwhelmed by information so I could improve as quickly and easily as possible. I wish I found Mark years ago!! I passed today 4th time but my first time with Mark. He is the best and I honestly believe I passed today because of him. I loved every single lesson with Mark. He is so calm and such a great teacher and taught me so much my other instructors hadn't. He explains everything so well and makes your believe that you can do it!! And he did just that for me. What can I say about Mark Williams? He's calm, relaxing , funny , so likeable, supportive and light hearted. All these words accurately describe Mark as a driving instructor. He also instills confidence and boosts self esteem of which I had very little when I began! He is so motivating and always pushes you forward to do well and make you perform to your best ability which I didn't know I had in me. He always believed in me and my driving ability and made me aware of this eac...h lesson guiding me on what we covered. He did not just show me how to pass my test but teaches valuable skills along the way to make me a perfect young driver and to be safe on the road, reaching my full and capable potential. He is such a professional and always helping to tweak, correct and perfect any issues or new skills and seeking input into how the driving lesson went for you and what you want the lesson to cover each time.
