I honestly can’t recommend Mike’s Way Driving School enough. Mike made learning to drive so much less stressful than I expected. He was always calm, patient and explained everything in a way that just made sense. If I ever made a mistake, he’d talk me through it without making me feel nervous or embarrassed.
I passed my test first time, but the biggest thing I took away was the confidence to drive on my own afterwards. Mike didn’t just teach me how to pass my test, he taught me how to be a safe and confident driver, and all the little tips he gave me have really stuck with me. Thank you so much for all your help. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike’s Driving School. I would highly recommend Jamil to anyone learning to drive. Thanks to his excellent teaching, patience, and support, I passed my driving test with 0 faults.
Every lesson was professional, friendly, and tailored to what I needed to work on. Their calm and supportive approach made a huge difference, especially when I was feeling anxious.
Thank you for believing in me and helping me achieve something I wasn’t sure I could do. Passing with no faults is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I couldn’t have done it without your help.

Mike Way's Driving School is an absolute gem, and if you're looking for an instructor in Watford, honestly look no further. I came to Mike in a bit of a panic; my practical test was just 3 weeks away and I wasn't feeling anywhere near ready. He could have easily turned me away or told me it wasn't enough time, but instead he rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in with me.
What I loved most about Mike is that he doesn't mess around. No filler, no wasted lessons, just honest, straight talking instruction that actually builds your confidence. He worked around my schedule, made sure we tackled everything I was struggling with, and never once made me feel stupid for asking questions or making mistakes. Roundabouts, maneuvers, tricky junctions, we covered it all, and he made sure I actually understood what I was doing rather than just going through the motions.
The mock tests with Mike were a game changer for me. By the time my actual test came around, it genuinely felt like just another practice run. I passed, and I'm still a little shocked at how far I came in such a short amount of time and that's entirely down to Mike.
Mike also offers motorway driving lessons too once you’ve passed, which I'd highly recommend for any newly qualified driver who wants to feel truly confident on faster roads.

Mike has been an incredible driving instructor. I’d had a bad experience with a previous instructor, so I was quite nervous getting back into it but Mike was calm, patient and friendly which made everything feel much easier. He explained things clearly and helped build my confidence and I was able to pass my test first time.
He was also very flexible around my work schedule which made lessons much easier to manage. I would definitely recommend.

Passed my driving test today – big thanks to Jamil Wakilzada at Mike’s Way Driving School.
When I started, my driving wasn’t great – issues with speed control, hesitation, poor judgement at meeting points, not using mirrors properly, and weak control in manoeuvres. I also had faults like undue hesitation, wrong speed, mirror checks on direction change, clearance, unsafe move-offs, poor positioning when stopping, wrong approach speed at junctions, reacting late to traffic lights, and struggling with reverse parking.
Jamil sorted all of that. Straight to the point, no nonsense. He breaks things down properly, works on your weak areas, and makes sure you actually fix your faults, not just cover them up. His calm approach helps you stay focused and build real confidence on the road.
Now I’m driving properly, safely, and passed with confidence. If you want to pass and actually become a good driver, go with Jamil. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed learning with this company, made me feel really comfortable from the start. I passed 1st time with only few minors!! My driving instructor Mike has been reliable and professional throughout my whole learning process. His manner of teaching made me feel more confident behind the wheel.He not only helped me to pass my exam at the first attempt but also his substantial experience and thorough preparation allowed me to become a confident new driver. He calmly repeats what we do wrong. For me that was again and again and again :) am sure many of you can relate to me here!
He never once showed any signs of frustrations and focused on where i was getting better. This by itself was a huge relief for me! The true quality of a professional! It was a very enjoyably experience indeed!

Without doubt, Michal is the right instructor. He explains everything very clear in a polite manner, and even draw a sketchup for me in order to make me understand better. I have pass successfully the exam just after 5 lessons. Definitely will recommend this instructor!!!

I honestly can’t recommend Mike’s Way Driving School enough. Mike made learning to drive so much less stressful than I expected. He was always calm, patient and explained everything in a way that just made sense. If I ever made a mistake, he’d talk me through it without making me feel nervous or embarrassed.
I passed my test first time, but the biggest thing I took away was the confidence to drive on my own afterwards. Mike didn’t just teach me how to pass my test, he taught me how to be a safe and confident driver, and all the little tips he gave me have really stuck with me. Thank you so much for all your help. Mike Way's Driving School is an absolute gem, and if you're looking for an instructor in Watford, honestly look no further. I came to Mike in a bit of a panic; my practical test was just 3 weeks away and I wasn't feeling anywhere near ready. He could have easily turned me away or told me it wasn't enough time, but instead he rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in with me.
What I loved most about Mike is that he doesn't mess around. No filler, no wasted lessons, just honest, straight talking instruction that actually builds your confidence. He explained things clearly and helped build my confidence and I was able to pass my test first time.
