I took lessons with Gary back in 2018 first 10 bulk lessons paid for all went well. Second bulk paid for and Gary stopped answering my messages and calls so I was unable to book lessons. This is totally unprofessional and someone needs to stop this person ripping off others. I still have messages on my phone so will take this further as I can see this has been done to another person and I'm sure there's more people Gary has done this to! Such a dishonest person!

I booked a bulk course with Gary last year and it started of well. However, over time I started to realise we would basically do the same thing for all 10 lessons and I wasn’t making much progress,I decided to book another 10 lessons after this as he said I was making progress and just needed to practice a little more, I trusted his opinion as I wanted to pass within the year. After 2-3 lessons in my new bulk course, he would take a few days to reply to schedule lessons, my lessons became less frequent. It started to get worse and I would get a reply every few weeks. Soon after, I wouldn’t get a reply at all, my calls would go to voicemail and messages were left on read. He finally messaged me back after I got in touch with his colleague and he told me he’d give me a refund for the lessons we didn’t complete…it’s been nearly 6 months and I haven’t received a refund or heard from him.

Don't know what all the negative reviews are about. After failing twice with other instructors, I decided to give this school a go. Did a mini-intensive course (3 hours) on the day of the test; the instructor was very professional, genuine, knowledgeable and concise. In this short time frame I learn't many new skills, familiarised myself with common test routes and was made aware of many easy to miss key points which I had never been informed of. Passed the test with relative ease! I highly recommend New Direction to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Constantly delayed and finishing lesson earlier than actual time passes, then disappearing all of a sudden not explaining a thing. Don't waste your time guys!

Don't know what all the negative reviews are about. After failing twice with other instructors, I decided to give this school a go. Did a mini-intensive course (3 hours) on the day of the test; the instructor was very professional, genuine, knowledgeable and concise.
