I had an excellent experience learning with A-Class Driving School. My instructor name was Alistair Thompson. Alistair was so patient, professional and supportive throughout every lesson. He made sure I developed strong steering control, became confident using all the gears in a manual car, and fully understood clutch control, the biting point, acceleration, and choosing the correct gear, especially at roundabouts and busy roads. He also took the time to thoroughly go through all the Show Me and Tell Me questions, testing me regularly until I was confident with every one of them. Thanks to his teaching, I passed my driving test first time. I can’t thank him enough for all the time, effort, and encouragement he gave me. I would highly recommend A-Class Driving School to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated driving instructor. Again thank you so much Alistai!!!

I am really enjoying learning to drive with John H as my instructor. He has been great from the get go. I had taken some time off from learning to drive and chose to return to an automatic. Despite being very nervous at first, John H has been brilliant in instilling confidence and belief in me. He has a great teaching approach that makes me feel at ease and is a lovely person all round. I truly enjoy my lessons which I never thought would be possible and it is all thanks to him. I would recommend John H fully!!
Coming back to edit this post… I passed my driving test first time with two minors this week and couldn’t be happier. This is all down to John and I can’t thank him enough.

Mr John H is an exceptional instructor. Very indepth with his teaching, explains in very simple terms what he wants you to do. He is a patient but very thorough instructor.
I sincerely love the fact that he has a step by step approach to his teaching and and trusts that his students will apply all that he has taught correctly. I will definitely recommend him anytime to friends and family.

I've had 3 instructors and Paul Mahoney was the best by leaps and bounds. Sometimes having lessons as long as 4 hours, it was never boring. I went into my test prepared and confident managing to pass ...
I've had 3 instructors and Paul Mahoney was the best by leaps and bounds. Sometimes having lessons as long as 4 hours, it was never boring. I went into my test prepared and confident managing to pass first time with only two minors. All the credit goes to Paul and his ability as an instructor.

After having been messed around by two previous driving instructors I have finally found the perfect driving school and instructor. John from A Class is absolutely FIRST CLASS. Highly recommend John from A-Class. I have done 8 hours now with John and went in with no confidence and very nervous. Have conquered all my fears of driving so far and really confident on the road by my third lesson. He has made me very relaxed when driving which I never thought would happen. Going to be booking my test in January and have very high hopes to pass with John. Thank you

Not great one bit took 4 weeks for my son to get a instructor and he's about as much use as a chocolate teapot 1 lesson in 3 weeks poor service and unprofessional quick enough to take your money but for someone that never drove a car before 1 lesson is not going to cut it............ Just absolutely poor customer service.........

I'd previously failed three times in Reading. I go to University in Kent so thought I'd try here. I was taught by Mick of A Class and passed first time! We was by far the best driving instructor I've had - very patient, friendly and clear in his teachings. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a driving instructor in Canterbury/Kent!

I had an excellent experience learning with A-Class Driving School. My instructor name was Alistair Thompson. Alistair was so patient, professional and supportive throughout every lesson. He made sure I developed strong steering control, became confident using all the gears in a manual car, and fully understood clutch control, the biting point, acceleration, and choosing the correct gear, especially at roundabouts and busy roads. He also took the time to thoroughly go through all the Show Me and Tell Me questions, testing me regularly until I was confident with every one of them. I am really enjoying learning to drive with John H as my instructor. He has been great from the get go. I had taken some time off from learning to drive and chose to return to an automatic. Despite being very nervous at first, John H has been brilliant in instilling confidence and belief in me. He has a great teaching approach that makes me feel at ease and is a lovely person all round.
