Terrible. Announces the night before that she is changing the time of the lesson - no discussion possible. Then when we complain she just cancels. Radio silence when we try to get our money back. Stay well clear.

Not impressed. I had booked 3.30 to 5.30pm weeks ago for a lesson for my son. I had an email confirmation. Late the night before this is changed to 8.00 to 10.00am. The instructor says that no-one t...
Not impressed. I had booked 3.30 to 5.30pm weeks ago for a lesson for my son. I had an email confirmation. Late the night before this is changed to 8.00 to 10.00am. The instructor says that no-one told her and it's not her problem. Absolutely no respect for my time or that of my family. Really not impressed. Go elsewhere.
Just to add the instructor has now cancelled and no offer of a refund even though we confirmed the new time

Instructor kept cancelling. Red told me it would take 7 days for someone to call me to facilitate my refunds.Have spent over £1600 so far, I am really disapointed.

Not impressed. I had booked 3.30 to 5.30pm weeks ago for a lesson for my son. I had an email confirmation. Late the night before this is changed to 8.00 to 10.00am.
