I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from The AA Driving School. I paid in advance for 10 driving lessons, but from the beginning, the service was very poor. My first instructor cancelled the lesson on the same day. After that, I was assigned another instructor, but the same problems continued — cancellations, long gaps between lessons, and no consistency at all. On more than one occasion, my wife took time off work for lessons, only to be informed at the last minute that the lesson was cancelled due to excuses such as illness or car issues. We never cancelled any lessons ourselves and always adjusted to the instructor’s availability. I contacted AA multiple times and was repeatedly told someone was handling my case and that I would receive a response within a few days. However, days passed with no reply, no follow-up, and no resolution. I had to chase them constantly. The communication was very poor, and the service did not match what was promised or paid for. Even after explaining everything clearly, I kept receiving the same responses with no real action taken. Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience.
