I would 100% recommend BDS to anyone, I'm so happy I passed with my instructor Mike , I booked 15 hour intensive course and passed my test first time with Mike. I went to Blackpool for a weekend course aiming at taking a driving test on Monday noon. My instructor was Mike. At first he was good, explained well and I learned new things. Later I discovered he doesn't listen and doesn't show any flexibility. He lost his patience, became rude and disrespectful. At a certain point I realised not only he wasn't helping me to drive better and get more confident, he was doing the complete opposite. I stopped the lesson saying I wasn't learning anything anymore. He asked me why I had failed my previous test. I started to respond when he said he wanted to see the sheet I was given by the examiner. I said I did not have it with me and he accused me of not bringing it (Nobody had asked me to bring that sheet with me) and saying he would only believe that sheet. It started to feel like a nightmare. He told me all driving instructors are good and if I don't drive well it's my own fault. He also told me he was not letting me do the test because I did not comply with the requirements. I was so upset when I returned to the B&B that I decided not to let him abuse me any longer and although I did not receive all the hours I had previously paid for I decided to leave. I checked out and returned home that very evening. Mike proved to be extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend him as a driving instructor to anyone. Read Less
