Very good instructor, highly recommended. I failed my first test in Louth, but due to the high demand for test slots there, I rebooked a few weeks later in Boston. I passed with only 3 minor faults and no lessons in Boston with Mark. If someone can learn the skills needed to drive in a place like Louth and then apply them in Boston where I only drove around a hand full of times and pass with just 3 minor faults, that shows he is a very good instructor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to pass their driving test.

Mark has been absolutely fantastic as a driving instructor. I tried doing manual lessons back when I was 17 however my nerves really got to me. But after many years of putting it off. I managed to pass my theory test and pushed myself to crack on with my driving lessons but this time I decided to try Automatic. Finding the ideal driving instructor can be hard. But mark is very patient, calm and reassuring when things are challenging. Mark is very honest and would tell me where I went wrong and how I can improve it. Mark gave me the encouragement to carry on and look for the light at the end of the tunnel. I passed first time today with 0 minors, and this is thanks to Mark for being a fantastic instructor.

I had attempted some driving lessons before in the past and I ended up becoming very discouraged and gave up, this put me off learning to drive for a couple of years. After I decided to learn again I went with Mark to do automatic lessons and I regained the confidence and the enthusiasm to learn to drive again. I have always really struggled learning new things and I am a very slow learner, but Mark was extremely patient with me and put me at ease when I was driving. Mark made learning things very clear and he explained everything very well to me especially when I was really struggling. He always made it clear what I needed to improve on and how I should do it, and when I did something well. I passed my test first try thanks to him and I never thought I’d be able to achieve it! Mark helped me a lot with my driving nerves (which I had a lot of), and he is such a lovely person and such an amazing instructor to learn with I absolutely couldn’t recommend enough!

I massively struggled with my confidence in driving and Mark made sure to talk me through any worries I had. I have had a couple driving instructors before Mark and did a test before, I managed to pass first time with Mark with zero minors. I highly recommend Mark especially if you are a nervous driver like me as he knows how to calm nerves and teaches in a way which is very calm and easy to understand.

I've struggled massively with my confidence when It comes to driving and mark absolutely put me at ease. When I've struggled he's talked me through it in a way that I understand and made me feel like it's okay to get frustrated with myself because I'm human. The banter that I had with Mark was brilliant, which I think made the lessons a lot easier because u can just be yourself around him. I started driving with him in June 2025 and today I passed my test with 0 faults and I can't thank Mark enough for that.
I thank him for his patience and ability to put up with my jokes and my mindset. I wouldn't have stuck to driving I don't think if it wasnt for him so a huge thanks is deserved

Mark is a very good firm instructor and does his job well with many years of experience. He puts in a lot of effort to help you pass hopefully first time. I passed first time.

Very good instructor, highly recommended. I failed my first test in Louth, but due to the high demand for test slots there, I rebooked a few weeks later in Boston. I passed with only 3 minor faults and no lessons in Boston with Mark.
