Passed 3rd time because of my own mistakes, Bill was great throughout the whole process. Was patient but provided constructive criticism where needed and above all else we had a laugh while he taught me. Bill is a very good teacher who effectively teaches you how to drive safely and how to pass your test. He helps build your confidence as a driver and explores areas in which you struggle as well as making you familiar with test route areas. Bill gave me the confidence to pass my test and to initially even sit in the drivers seat of a car! I had never driven before May and really believed that I couldn't drive but with Bill's patience, expertise and humour, I did it this month. I took driving lessons and few tests when I was younger but was fairly nervous and gave up.
