( writing on behalf of my bf. ) Horrible experience. Spent hundreds of pounds on lessons, only to be ghosted right before his driving test. Unable to even get a refund or change my dates for the exam because of how last minute it was.
Leading up to the ghosting, the instructor LIYUAN also cancelled last minute on multiple lessons, leaving him waiting for an hour, not picking up the phone.
The driving school? Provided zero support upon this issue. Unable to find him a new instructor, unable to support him in any way to make the test date. Probably afraid he would fail and tarnish their reputation as instructors.
Would not recommend.

0 stars - I have never actually experienced a company like it in my life, they have no care for anything apart from money and lie through their teeth.
My partner started with this driving school and has had nothing but issue after issue. 1st instructor basically scammed him of 10 hours keeping him on left and right hand turns, cancelling lessons at 2am for 7am, lying to RED saying my partner had cancelled when it was actually proven it was him via text message but when I disputed this RED basically said it was the instructors word and they are going to take the professionals.
Then, he changed driving instructors and told RED to book the driving instructor for his test date which they said they did on the phone and the test was mentioned to the instructor JOHN but then when he confirmed this 8 days prior to test due to reviews that instructors don’t turn up on the day of your test, John advised that he told RED that he was not available weeks ago.
Again, disputed with RED to then be told that the phone recording has been deleted and there is no proof so no refund will be made and no instructor will be provided.
The company is an actual SCAM!! If your looking for lessons please think hard why this company has so much availability compared to others there is always a reason why.
They honestly need shutting down, no customer service skills, no compassion towards students and all they care about is the money.

DO NOT USE. UNRELIABLE, UNORGANISED.
I have a test booked in less than a week,I had 2 lessons booked prior to it. Booked the lessons and test, then I recieved an email saying its cancelled with no explanation and I was unable to contact the instructor. Repeated the process (around 2 hours on the phone all together..) booked everything in which again got cancelled no explanation. Finally got hold of the instructor who said it was going to cost to much fuel so he refused to do it.now I'm left with no lessons and no vehicle for my test and without a refund as of yet.

Driving instructor number 1 didn't turn up and didn't contact me. Two days later she texts me saying "abit of my car fell off"
She then charges me full amount for the lesson.
Changed my instructor then the first lesson they didn't turn up. Lost my patience and will never ever use these again!
STAY AWAY terrible service where I have lost 150 pound without a refund.

Only get a 1* on the basis the customer service people were helpful. DRIVER DIDNT EVEN TURN UP FOR MY 2 HR LESSON! can't say how gutted I am but these things happen. It got to nearly 20 mins past my appointment time and nobody had called so I decided to call them, I can't afford for lateness let alone a no show so unfortunately lost a potential long term customer!

It is unfortunate that I have to even give one star. I booked lessons with Red and was happy to get a date in my area within a couple weeks. The date of the lesson came and less than 30 minutes before...
It is unfortunate that I have to even give one star. I booked lessons with Red and was happy to get a date in my area within a couple weeks. The date of the lesson came and less than 30 minutes before my lesson my driver called and cancelled. She apologised and we rescheduled the following Sunday (5 days later). On Sunday I hadn't had a confirmation text or anything, so 45 minutes before my lesson I texted to ensure we were still on and again was cancelled on. The reason this time is that the car was broke down. I had to keep contacting over the next couple days after a promised phone call and text update both did not happen, and finally I gave up and called Red's main line. I spoke with a customer service representative that refused to let me speak with a manager, stating an escalation process but promised a call within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went and still no phone call. And still no lessons. They've had my money for over a month and these lessons have still not happened. I've given this company money for a service and have not gotten it. I called again this morning and they refuse to put my call through to a manger or the complaints department, stating no one is there. What an absolutely fraud of a company.

I have a test booked in less than a week,I had 2 lessons booked prior to it. Booked the lessons and test, then I recieved an email saying its cancelled with no explanation and I was unable to contact the instructor. It is unfortunate that I have to even give one star. I booked lessons with Red and was happy to get a date in my area within a couple weeks. The date of the lesson came and less than 30 minutes before my lesson my driver called and cancelled. She apologised and we rescheduled the following Sunday (5 days later).
