Bit surprised to be sent an invitation to review this company but ok, here goes. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with them. I was doing a course in Chester when I was taken really poorly and ended up in hospital. I asked if I could postpone my course to their next intake but they very bluntly refused, no explanation, just a no. I had only attended 2 lessons but I was still charged quite a bit. £900. I was gutted because I really wanted to do the course and I'm unlikely to get another advance learner loan for it now. I felt like the company could have been a bit more understanding or at least offered an explanation as to why the course date couldn't be moved for me. Read Less
