Katherine was very patient, punctual and always full of answers and positive reinforcement. I am pretty picky and do not do well with being told what to do. In my specific case, I had been driving for over 10 years in the Americas, but I needed a course to ensure I got my UK drivers licence in one go. After testong out and failing other instructors, I was always comfortable and happy to spend an hour driving around with her. She has the gift of making you feel like you are "hanging with your friends" while learning at the same time (a couple years later and I catch myself muttering to myself the steps when doing a flawless u-turn or entering a roundabout).
