I would like to thanks all the stuff from the head of the valey training center. Last few days it was absolutely high quality of training. All the information the performance from the trainer it was to another level. Many thanks again to the trainer( Michael) who help me to achieve my D category bus license , he was a very good dedicated person delivering to a high standard this training course. To all stuff from HOV, very polite and good manners always greeting people, that's make a lot of difference with the rest of the training centers. I spent a week training with the team and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From booking everything in to test day, everyone was friendly, encouraging and always happy to help. A massive thank you to Garry, my main instructor, who was brilliant throughout. His knowledge, patience and ability to explain things clearly made a huge difference - I will forever 'feather' and 'pinch an inch'! He also deserves a special award for keeping me sane when reversing had me questioning all of my life choices. Thankfully the only thing breaking down was me, not the lorry! Jason was also fantastic and always on hand with advice, support and reassurance when needed. Paul, the owner, regularly checked in to see how I was getting on, which was a really nice touch and shows how much he cares about both the trainees and the business. The whole team are great - professional when they need to be but with plenty of banter to keep things enjoyable. Walking in on day one was nerve-wracking; walking out with a Class 1 pass certificate with no faults was something I wasn't sure I'd ever be confident enough to do.
