Pwi is a calm, patient, and amazing instructor who really boosted my confidence behind the wheel. I never believed I will pass on my first attempt, especially in such a short time, but she made it possible. She's excellent at what she does, and I highly recommend her!

Pwi Ha is lovely, she is easy to converse with and always creates a relaxed learning environment while still maintaining the high standards needed to pass a driving test.
I started learning from scratch, and thanks to her excellent teaching, I passed my test first time. Her patience, knowledge, and encouragement made all the difference. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn to drive. Thank you so much!

Passing my driving test first time with zero minors still feels unreal and it’s all down to having an exceptional instructor.
From day one, her approach stood out. Calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, she created an environment where I felt completely at ease, even when I made mistakes. Instead of just teaching me how to pass a test, she focused on making me a safe, confident, and responsible driver.
What truly sets her apart is her attention to detail and ability to tailor each lesson to my needs. She picked up on even the smallest areas for improvement and turned them into strengths. Her explanations were always clear, practical, and easy to apply, which made my progress feel natural and steady.
Thanks to her dedication, support, and belief in me, I went into my test fully prepared and the result speaks for itself: first time pass, zero minors.
If you want an instructor who genuinely cares, pushes you to be your best, and delivers outstanding results, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely thrilled to share that I have PASSED my driving test 1st time, with only 4 minors, thanks to Pwi-Ha's Driving School and her fantastic teaching methods. My experience with my driving instructor, was fantastic! From the very first lesson, I felt welcomed and supported. Her calm demeanor and expert guidance made every session enjoyable and productive. She tailored the lessons to my learning style, which helped me build confidence behind the wheel.
What I appreciated most was her patience and encouragement, especially during challenging moments. She provided clear explanations and constructive feedback, helping me to improve my skills step by step. The practice sessions were well-structured and covered everything from basic maneuvers to complex driving scenarios.
I’m over the moon and couldn’t have done it without her help. If you’re looking for a skilled and supportive driving instructor in Norwich, I highly recommend her. She truly make learning to drive a positive experience! Thank you so much for everything!

I had already had 30 hours' worth of lessons and had failed my test twice. I only needed roughly 10 more hours as I had my test booked for a months' time and just needed to brush up on a few things. I...
I had already had 30 hours' worth of lessons and had failed my test twice. I only needed roughly 10 more hours as I had my test booked for a months' time and just needed to brush up on a few things. I called around 20 instructors and each one was fully booked a could not find the time for me. However, When I called Pwi Ha, she was also fully booked but she took sympathy to my situation and rearranged some of her booked lessons so she could accommodate me for a few hours a week. In the end I only needed 6 hours and I passed the test. She was so calm and informative during the lessons, I really felt at ease and so comfortable. The fact is, Pwi Ha went completely above and beyond for me by understanding my situation and offering me her time even though she had none. I cannot recommend Pwi Ha's enough, she is an incredible instructor who saved me in a tight situation.

Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! She’s very welcoming and supportive which made me very relaxed as a nervous driver. I highly recommend her as she helped me pass within 6 weeks first time!

Great instructor and a great person, was a pleasure to learn from her. My main issue was my nerves and confidence and she really took the time to focus on that so it was no longer an issue and I was ready to take the test. Would definitely recommend to new learners or people looking to find a different instructor. I’ve had 3 in total and she was by far the best.

From day one, her approach stood out. Calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, she created an environment where I felt completely at ease, even when I made mistakes. Instead of just teaching me how to pass a test, she focused on making me a safe, confident, and responsible driver.

My experience with my driving instructor, was fantastic! From the very first lesson, I felt welcomed and supported. Her calm demeanor and expert guidance made every session enjoyable and productive.
