Well where do I start given 2 stars as it hasn't been all doom abd gloom but on 2 occasions I have been let down by this driving instructor once she text me on the morning saying she was poorly and couldn't do my lesson which yeah fair enough but later that day I seen her and a student who I know driving round town with the driving instructor in the passenger seat this was after she told me she was to ill to do my lesson also another lesson very recent I was waiting in the usual place for the driving instructor to come and she didnt show up then I recieve a phone call from her saying shes waiting at a different adress at eastfield with my folder in her hand so she got muddled up she said. So I said okay then eastfield isn't far ill wait for you to come she said no I cant do today so I said it needs to be today or not at all so its ended not at all and now I have asked for a refund for the block lessons I have paid for and she is now telling me she is charging me an admin fee of the price of a lesson I dont think so..... dont be robbed guys I have seemed advice and relevant advice and it has now been taken further. Why should I pay when ive been let down by the instructor I was there waiting for her. She no showed not me .... Read Less
