Just passed my test first time, one minor… As an older learner (48) I was really nervous and cautious but always felt totally supported and encouraged. My confidence was super low after making the decision to give up on manual after six months of lessons. I decided to try automatic and see if that would help - I made more progress in 4 weeks, than I had in the previous six months. With Richard’s patience and guidance I passed after only four and a half months of lessons, and accomplished something that I never thought I’d do. It wasn’t just support in the duration of my lessons - Richard was always at the other end of the phone, with help and advice through purchasing my car and some issues I had with it.
