If I could I would give 0 stars. This instructor still owes me money from a lesson I didn't have! She has continuously ignored all my messages and emails, and not picked up when I've called. She said to me that she would wait around until I paid for my lesson because people, somehow, have not paid her. I paid for 2 lessons, but I never gad the 2nd lesson and never got my money back. I contacted Janet by email and left 2 phone messages ,about 2/3 weeks ago and never heard anything back , gave it time in case on holiday or special circumstances. Did not contact anybody else in that time for lessons, so that delayed starting lessons ,hanging around for a response that never came but think I've waited long enough.
