The lady on the front desk was an automation, and if you don't know what that means then here you go... "a person or animal that acts in a monotonous, routine manner, without active intelligence." Staff need an urgent coarse on customer services when dealing with the public. My son and daughter had their theory here to day travelled an hour and half in horrendous weather with a toddler in tow to be met by the most rudest woman I have ever come across. My daughter accompanied my son as he has ASpergers Syndrome so this was a huge thing for to attend they arrived two minutes late and they were refused she made my son feel anxious bearing in mind my daughter was early for her appointment she was refused and people who had appointments after her went straight in . My daughter asked the lady at the desk what was her name as she was going to put a complaint in as she was humiliated and and singled out in front of others was screamed at Get Out Get Out . This is unacceptable so I will be putting in formal complaint Read Less
