Angus has the perfect teaching style for driving! Clear, concise and actionable steps that I felt allowed me to learn efficiently. Communication and sorting out lesson times was very easy and straight forward and Angus even helped me to secure an earlier test date. I now feel confident in my fundamentals as I have been taught by someone who truly understands the most effective teaching points.

I had a great experience learning with Angus. I’d recently moved from the EU to Scotland, so I had to get used to driving on the left, and on top of that I hadn’t driven since 2023 — my skills were definitely rusty. Angus helped me rebuild my confidence step by step and improve my driving a lot.
He was also incredibly helpful with test preparation: clear explanations, practical tips, and plenty of mock-test scenarios that made the real thing feel much less stressful.
Angus is patient, calm, and genuinely kind — exactly what you want in an instructor — even when I was occasionally a bit stubborn about learning certain things.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to refresh their skills or prepare for a UK driving test.

I would recommend Angus as a driving instructor to anybody. He was brilliant at making sure I was comfortable and his teaching method made it easy for me to quickly learn all the necessary driving skills. He was really flexible and worked around my timetable and availability. I found it really easy to chat to him during the lessons. Thanks Angus for helping me pass!

I can’t recommend Angus enough! After a 5 year break in driving I was anxious to get back in the car but Angus made it a positive and productive experience. His helpful YouTube videos helped me practice between lessons and he made me feel confident when I got a cancellation with 3 weeks notice and got my pass - 10/10 choice!! Thank you Angus :)

Angus is a wonderful driving instructor, and I would recommend him to everyone learning. I began driving with him, and Angus's calm and reassuring teaching style gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test. His videos on Youtube were an incredibly helpful resources also. Anyone who gets the chance to learn with Angus, is very lucky indeed! Thanks Angus!!!

Angus is a credit to his profession and a wonderful driving instructor. As an ex pupil of his, i have to say that i am extremely impressed by Angus's professional teaching style and his lesson content. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every lesson i had with him. Each lesson provided me with new challenges and goals to reach which had been carefully planned previously by Angus to push me to my full potential. I quickly went from someone have no experience in a car at all, to someone very content and confident with driving. Angus is a very positive and motivational person which he applied to every lesson i had, and this encouraged me to feel confident on the road and eventually pass my test a few months later. I also found it a nice touch to receive a well done card in the post a couple of days after i passed my test.
I would highly recommend Angus as an instructor if you are searching for someone to learn to drive with. He is a top quality instructor and is clearly passionate about his work and making driving a fantastic experience for every pupil.

I had a great experience learning with Angus. I’d recently moved from the EU to Scotland, so I had to get used to driving on the left, and on top of that I hadn’t driven since 2023 — my skills were definitely rusty. Angus helped me rebuild my confidence step by step and improve my driving a lot.
He was also incredibly helpful with test preparation: clear explanations, practical tips, and plenty of mock-test scenarios that made the real thing feel much less stressful.

As an ex pupil of his, i have to say that i am extremely impressed by Angus's professional teaching style and his lesson content. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every lesson i had with him. I quickly went from someone have no experience in a car at all, to someone very content and confident with driving.
