Sara Tohir from KS Driving School showed up on my test day without enough fuel, which resulted in wasting around 10–15 minutes sorting it out. She also arrived without the small mirror, saying that we would buy one, but we couldn’t find one, so I had to take my test without it. The same issue with the fuel had already happened during two previous lessons. On both occasions, I was told the lost time would be added back, but this never happened. Understandably, I went into my test feeling anxious because of the mirror situation and the time that had been wasted. After the test, I asked price adjustment to reflect the time lost, but she refused, saying that dealing with fuel was “part of the lesson.” She only offered to add the time to future lessons, despite the fact that I will no longer be taking lessons with her or this driving school This was extremely unprofessional and, in my view, dishonest. John from K.S. Driving School got me through my theory and practical driving exams through the intense course. I am so please to have passed both sections first time (dropping just a few marks and just a few minors). John's explanations, patience and skill are great! I loved it so much I decided to do my Pass Plus which I again completed at my own pace and has given me the further confidence to complete my independent journeys safely, confidentiality and enjoyably. The variety of experience meant I was not just learning to pass a test, but to feel safe driving in the real world after my test; covering motorways, urban and rural roads.
