I always doubted myself whilst driving and thought I couldn't do it. Nicky was always positive, had a good laugh and always explained things to me in a simpler way for me to understand. Even on my test day I broke down in tears and she told me she believed I could do it and I did! First time and only 1 minor. 4 years later I'm still going, confidence booming! such a down to earth woman I couldn't recommend anyone better!
