Ian was a really great driving instructor! Made me feel totally at ease the whole time, and thanks to his encouraging attitude and sense of humour, I passed my test first time after only six months of driving!! I’m very grateful for him and his help throughout, really recommend🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can’t reply. They are trying to suggest this is resolved. Offering a £45 refund and saying there’s nothing they can do about their disgustingly rude instructor is NOT resolving the issue.

Very difficult to get into contact with Sally’s to complain about a driving instructor. Tony took money for 6 lessons and then ignored messages for weeks, only calling us back after finally getting through to Sally’s to complain. With 1 lesson left and a driving exam in place he has ignored us for nearly a month, not answering calls or texts and now, with 4 days before the driving test, says we can’t use the car for the lesson. Awful, rude, disgraceful.

I have been learning with Ian from Sally's school of motoring and due to the amazing work of Ian I passed first time yesterday. Ian is very kind and caring and makes you feel at ease with everything you are doing! He's very patient and will not get angry at you for doing something wrong, he will work with you effortlessly to correct these things. I would highly recommend Ian as an instructor and would like to thank him for his time and patience working with me!

I have been learning with Ian from Sally's school of motoring and due to the amazing work of Ian I passed first time yesterday. Ian is very kind and caring and makes you feel at ease with everything you are doing! He's very patient and will not get angry at you for doing something wrong, he will work with you effortlessly to correct these things.
