Very unprofessional As a disabled person with mobility issues, I find it incredible unprofessional that a Bumps driving instructor parks in a disabled bay at Morrisons Cardiff Bay to drop a pupil off and stays in the disabled bay for a good 10 minutes. Not disabled himself, no badge displayed Is that a good example to set a new driver to ignore the law regarding for his own convince. It's not great for the disabled whose spaces are limited. It's neither a good look for the Brand Bumps. My Reply According to the DOT the blue badge must only be used for personal use not commercial use such dropping pupils off at the end of a driving lesson The Law also states that the blue badge must always be displayed when in disabled parking bay even if the disabled person is in the car. Great experience! I completed under 20 hours of lessons in about 1.5 months and passed my driving test on the first try. As a foreigner, adjusting to driving on the left was challenging, but Keith was patient, clear, and very supportive. Highly recommend this school! Began learning at the start of February with the Barry instructor Mark. All was fine when we were in the vehicle however constantly late / ending lessons about 5 - 10 minutes early. I did also ask to pick up two lessons per week which he originally agreed to but after a week stopped - this lead to me having to reschedule my test from July to September as I was not getting the lessons I needed to pass. Multiple cancellations over the course of the year, never being told until about an hour before the lesson was to be scheduled. Also had to start booking my lessons right at the end of the day as he wasn’t putting enough time between lessons causing him to terminate lessons early so he could get to the next student. Final straw was him cancelling my lesson last Wednesday and ignoring my texts asking to be booked in until Monday where he said I’d have to wait another week. Two weeks worth of lessons were missed due to bad planning / ignoring my messages. 1/5 stars - do not recommend. Unreliable and has ultimately caused me to have to wait longer to start driving due to poor planning and scheduling from the instructor. Edit: Added proof following response from owner - constant messing about would not recommend for someone who wants to pass in timely manner. Read Less
