I am writing to express my disappointment with the overall experience I have had at your school. While there were a few positive lessons, my overall impression has been marred by unprofessionalism and lack of coherent feedback. Over the past 8 months and more than 20 lessons, I have found the lack of structure to be particularly concerning. The absence of a clear learning path has hindered my ability to progress effectively. It has also left me feeling unsupported in an educational journey. I have spoken directly to the school in hopes of switching instructors and was falsely informed I had been put onto a waiting list for another instructor. Having also spoken with the instructor I had concerns about, Dave, my feedback of him using the term “baby” or swearing at a pedestrian during another lesson, was dismissed. It does not appear to have been passed on to any other colleagues as “he owns the” family run business. Read Less
