Dan’s driving lessons were top-notch. Dan doesn’t waste a moment of lesson time — he is always making you think about how you can improve your driving even when you are at a stoplight.
I had put off learning how to drive for a long time because I was quite nervous about it all. But with Dan as a teacher, I was able to learn and become more confident with driving than I ever thought I would be, passing my test the first time. I am glad I found a teacher that wanted to teach me not just how to pass the test, but also how to actually become a good driver. Dan is a highly skilled, professional teacher. Consider yourself lucky if you can grab an available space in his teaching week.

I passed my test first time after less than two months of lessons with Dan. He was a very calm and relaxed instructor which made me feel completely safe but he also allowed me to push myself and improve my driving very quickly. I didn't just learn how to pass the test but also how to be a better driver in general and I think it's set me up to continue improving. I would highly recommend Dan as an instructor.

Passed my driving test today on my first attempt. Dan is a really exceptional instructor and is very good at identifying what your weaknesses are and coaching you through to improve on those. I am normally a pretty nervous person, however I went into my test quite confident as I knew I had been taught everything to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Dan, and I imagine most people would pass fairly quickly under his tutelage.

Dan is an excellent driving instructor. I now feel like a confident driver, and even though I've only recently passed, Dan's excellent advice and instruction has made me a safe and knowledgeable driver. If you want not just to pass, but to feel confident once you have- I recommend Dan.

Could not recommend Dan highly enough. I passed first time thanks to him and, more importantly, he helped me become a safe and confident driver. He takes the time to understand his students, their abilities and how they learn best. He is calm and always takes time to explain things (sometimes several times for me!). It was a pleasure learning with him.

Passed today after 30 hours with 1 fault. Dan is an exceptional driving instructor, teaching you not just how to pass the test, but how to drive effectively and efficiently. Great guy in general too, which is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Sheffield's best driving instructor, Dan is definitely the man! I had already put 4 instructors through their paces clocking up more than 70 lessons over an 11 year period and incredibly, had not even...
Sheffield's best driving instructor, Dan is definitely the man! I had already put 4 instructors through their paces clocking up more than 70 lessons over an 11 year period and incredibly, had not even put in for a test before I met Dan. His lessons were tailor made with the focus on getting 'me' to test standard, quite unlike the rather formulaic approaches I'd encountered previously. This allowed me to concentrate on the aspects of driving I struggled with, giving me that all important confidence to persevere with my lessons.
I passed first time with 2 minors, enough said ;)

Dan has all the qualities you'd look for in a good driving instructor. He's patient and kind, he's clear and reliable and most important: He really listens and tries to teach you in whatever way works best for you. He was my 3rd instructor, and he's the one I passed my test with, yay!

quite a bit of driving experience but never realy liked the instructors until I found Dan! He assessed my driving and said I needed 12 lessons to be test ready. Sure enough he put me in for my test after 12 lessons and I passed first time! He also got my 18 year old step son through his test first time too! Realy nice guy, very very professional 100% trustworthy you can't go wrong!

Dan’s driving lessons were top-notch. Dan doesn’t waste a moment of lesson time — he is always making you think about how you can improve your driving even when you are at a stoplight.
I had put off learning how to drive for a long time because I was quite nervous about it all. But with Dan as a teacher, I was able to learn and become more confident with driving than I ever thought I would be, passing my test the first time. I passed my test first time after less than two months of lessons with Dan. He was a very calm and relaxed instructor which made me feel completely safe but he also allowed me to push myself and improve my driving very quickly. I didn't just learn how to pass the test but also how to be a better driver in general and I think it's set me up to continue improving. I would highly recommend Dan as an instructor.

Passed my driving test today on my first attempt. Dan is a really exceptional instructor and is very good at identifying what your weaknesses are and coaching you through to improve on those. I am normally a pretty nervous person, however I went into my test quite confident as I knew I had been taught everything to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Dan, and I imagine most people would pass fairly quickly under his tutelage.

Could not recommend Dan highly enough. I passed first time thanks to him and, more importantly, he helped me become a safe and confident driver. He takes the time to understand his students, their abilities and how they learn best. He is calm and always takes time to explain things (sometimes several times for me!). It was a pleasure learning with him.

Sheffield's best driving instructor, Dan is definitely the man! I had already put 4 instructors through their paces clocking up more than 70 lessons over an 11 year period and incredibly, had not even put in for a test before I met Dan. His lessons were tailor made with the focus on getting 'me' to test standard, quite unlike the rather formulaic approaches I'd encountered previously. This allowed me to concentrate on the aspects of driving I struggled with, giving me that all important confidence to persevere with my lessons.
I passed first time with 2 minors, enough said ;)

quite a bit of driving experience but never realy liked the instructors until I found Dan! He assessed my driving and said I needed 12 lessons to be test ready. Sure enough he put me in for my test after 12 lessons and I passed first time! He also got my 18 year old step son through his test first time too! Realy nice guy, very very professional 100% trustworthy you can't go wrong!
