I cannot recommend Ysanne highly enough because of her genuine care that goes far beyond simply teaching someone to drive.
Following the sudden loss of her boyfriend, Lucy is facing the most difficult period of her life. Week after week, Ysanne was not only an exceptional teacher but also kind, supportive and encouraging. She listened when Lucy needed someone to talk, shared laughs and helped make every lesson something to look forward to. Ysanne’s compassion and patience during this time will never be forgotten.
Ysanne is outstanding, she built Lucy’s confidence and thanks to her guidance, dedication, and belief in Lucy, Lucy is a brilliant, confident driver.
Ysanne is amazing and an off-the-scale kind person whose support has helped Lucy immensely. The difference she has made goes far beyond driving lessons, and we will always be grateful for everything she has done. I know Lucy will miss Ysanne immensely.
If you are looking for a driving instructor who is not only exceptional at teaching but also genuinely cares about her students, I would recommend her without hesitation. Odell and James Dair

I would recommend Ysanne from KSL to anyone!! She is so friendly, supportive and patient. We had so much fun on our lessons, and I am going to miss seeing her every friday. I couldn’t have passed without her confidence speeches and her faith in me. All I can say is thankyou so much for taking me on.

Having just passed my test first time after learning with Dan for just under a year, I’m astounded that someone had the patience to put up with me for that long 😂 Even though I’ve been learning on and off in between terms at uni, and my confidence plummets each time I come home, Dan’s been great at helping me feel more comfortable getting back on the road. Asides from his phenomenal patience, Dan was really chatty, funny and just an all round wonderful person, which really calmed my nerves and I always looked forward to lessons! Having done multiple lessons a week, too, he often had to work around my hectic schedule, which I’m incredibly grateful for. In general, KSL got back to me at a time when other people I knew were really struggling to get lessons, and the speedy response was super helpful (if unexpected). I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a driving school - it was recommended to me first by multiple people!!

Highly recommend KSL driving school. I was taught by Mark. And I passed first time this morning. Mark is an amazing instructor. He was super patient with me. Mark was an absolute pleasure to be around. Kept me calm and relaxed. Very chatty and we had a laugh. Mark was always on time for my lessons. He is very quick at replying to messages if you need him.
Massive thank-you for letting my girls come along for a ride in the holidays. They enjoyed themselves and will always remember our lessons.
Massive thank-you for everything you have done for me.
You survived and you kept your teeth! Which still makes me laugh, which I am still sorry for.
I shall look forward to seeing you out on the roads when I’m out and about.

Dan has been an absolute rock in teaching me to drive, after a moving from a city I needed to learn later in life along with the additional challenge of having ADHD.
Dan has been adaptable in his methods learning what works for a particular neurodiversity and what doesn't and not making the assumption that everyone with disabilities needs the same thing. He is calm and friendly source of wisdom and good driving practice, and has made learning to drive above all good fun.
I couldn't recommend Dan, and KSL in general more. Learning to drive can be a daunting task at any age but they provide excellent teaching, a safe environment and build confidence in their pupils. Any budding driver is in a good pair of safe hands but particularly those with additional needs and challenges in learning to drive. Patience is their virtue and it's a credit to them.
