Do not go to this driving school unless you want to lose money, started off by assigning me to a instructor named gemma a very nice lady but she left and they had told me they can’t book me in with another instructor until she sends the money back to them. I waited a week or two and heard nothing so I rang them up and they said the same thing again, so I text gemma myself who then told me that she hadn’t received any money from bill plant and the money was still in their account. so I rang bill plant back up again telling them what she said they then replied with “give me an hour and we’ll have your money” . they ring me 10 minutes later saying they have it now, bit of a coincidence that. anyway they then assign me to a new instructor called Abdul who didnt book me in until I threatened to refund. I had one lesson with him and he told me same time again next week then it gets to the next week and he hasn’t booked me in and asking if I can do before the time I asked long story short I never got booked in by him and just told him to keep the money absolute mess about DO NOT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL FIND SOMEONE ELSE Read Less

I paid money for a 2 hour lesson and was told that the driver they had assigned to me should get back to be in 72 hours. I never heard anything so I rang up and the nice lady (only good part of my experience) on the phone said she would sent the driver a prompt. I received an automatic message the next day saying the driver they had assigned me was unavaliable so they assigned a second driver to me and said they said get back to in 72 hours. I heard nothing back, again. So I rang up and got my money back. Don't bother with Bill Plant unless you like being mucked around. 0 stars. Read Less
