I booked and waited for 3 months to start, with Bensen’s Driving School. eventually got an instructor on June2023 his name is Dale and he was the worse instructor I have ever met, I spent a lot of money on classes. Most of the lessons was cancelled by the instructor just before 5-10 minutes the lesson starts. I thought he taught me most and was about to book for the exam just before December 2023 as he recommend then all of a sudden he disappeared, I have been calling him but no answer what so ever. All the money and the timei have spent was wasted. I I am learning with other lady instructor not with bensens she is brilliant, when I started with her only I realized I have learnt nothing with the old instructor. I would never recommend this person with bensens driving schoo to any one.

My wife and I where stuck behind one of your instructors in Ipswich this evening he was teaching, this car was all over the place. There was no lane discipline, stopped at two green lights, driving dangerously slow.
We do have the car registration if you want to take this further.

My instructor was Susan and I passed first time after being a really nervous driver. I thoroughly recommend her, she was incredibly patient and very good at soothing anxious nerves. Any questions she was always very happy to answer, and if I struggled to understand what she meant then she found another way to explain until I did. She was also great at sending out informative videos and tips to prepare for the test. Cannot recommend her enough!
