While the main focus for a learner is to essentially pass the test whilst preparing you to do just that flawlessly John prepares you for beyond ; safe driving and practical skills for after you’ve passed. Started of well with Mick, he was seemingly friendly and installed a lot of confidence back into me. However as the lessons progressed he became more rude and aggressive in trying to teach, what I found knocked my confidence considerabley was his issue with breaking, any time I breaked he would have a problem with that which I found very unsettling, especially in busy and difficult situations. He is not a great explainer and often got frustrated if you get anything wrong, despite me still being a learner driver I can't be expected to get everything right first time. Today he said that he no longer wanted to be my teacher due to a 'personality clash' and apparently he could see my facial expressions in the mirror which was an issue... despite the whole lesson him sitting in silence constantly sighing, offering no words of encouragement and really putting me of driving. It was very rude and quite upsetting especially for the price you pay for the lessons you a least expect a polite dismissal although I had done nothing wrong. All in all another disappointing driving instructor who I certainly wouldn't recommend, there is definitely better, more polite and understanding ones out there! Read Less
