As a 41 year old man, who felt like he missed the boat on learning to drive, I was now keen to learn, but at the same time very nervous! Over the last year or so I've had mostly weekly lessons and just last week passed my driving test. I'm a lecturer myself and I really appreciated Shazhad's style of teaching. He matched my pace and pushed me where I needed it. He found a great balance between giving me confidence on days I needed it, and being stern where necessary when I made a silly mistake. I am so glad I've taken lessons with NorthStar! I passed my driving test with two minors only thanks to the good piece of advice that my instructor provided me with during all the lessons. I am now so confident behind the wheel. And I know that, not only did I pass the test, but also I am a safe driver because of the time spent, the hard work and the teaching from NorthStar School of Driving. My Driving instructor was very helpful, He gave me all the instructions clearly and constantly supported me during my man-oeuvres. I was given an opportunity to drive in different types of routes, which helped me gain confidence, though my instructor was strict at times it completely paid off and I passed my Test first time. Very disappointed, finished my whole lessons and then he turned his back to me before my driving test and told me to go ti another school. To be fair he is a good teacher but sometimes he goes aggressive. Read Less
