At the beginning I found driving very stressful and overwhelming but Dave made me feel very comfortable and never pushed me to do something if I didn’t feel ready for it. I found every lesson very helpful and Dave gave me great feedback that I could then work on when driving with my parents. I passed first time with only 2 minors!! I only have him to thank for that, Highly recommend!!

I used Great Barr School of Motoring after being recommended by family members who learnt to drive with Dave, and im SO SO glad i did.
Dave is patient, communicates well and puts you at ease - even if you are feeling worried or overwhelmed behind the wheel. Lessons are structured well so you always feel you are making progress and building up confidence as a driver. And if you do anything wrong you aren't shouted at or made to feel bad at all, but are taught what you need to do and the logic behind it.
Would 100% recommend !!

Extremely supportive lecturer, lessons were extremely helpful in driving on the roads. Could not have got to pass my driving test without the support, guidance and knowledge in preparation for my practical driving test!

I chose to go with great Barr school driving because I was doing lessons with another driving instructor that shouted at me on my second lesson and it put my off driving until I found Dave I read all off his reviews and booked lessons in with him he has always been patient with me and has stoped me if I’m in the wrong and spoke me through what to do next and made me feel less anxious when driving from when I first started to my last lessons the confidence I got with Dave was amazing because he makes you feel safe behind the wheel and at ease I would
100% recommend Dave. Second time pass thank you for everything you tough me

At the beginning I found driving very stressful and overwhelming but Dave made me feel very comfortable and never pushed me to do something if I didn’t feel ready for it. I found every lesson very helpful and Dave gave me great feedback that I could then work on when driving with my parents. I passed first time with only 2 minors!! I only have him to thank for that, Highly recommend!!

Dave is patient, communicates well and puts you at ease - even if you are feeling worried or overwhelmed behind the wheel.
