I can't recommend John Randell enough as a driving instructor! From the very first lesson, I felt at ease, thanks to his calm, patient, and encouraging approach. John has this incredible ability to break down complex concepts and make them easy to understand, which really helped me build both my skills and my confidence behind the wheel. He was always professional but also personable, making every lesson feel like a positive experience. He went above and beyond to tailor each session to my specific needs, and I really felt like he genuinely cared about my progress.
