When I started with Jules she was nice at first but a few lessons in she started to show her real side shouting at me every time I made a mistake and would get frustrated when I couldn't do something the first time, she would always compare me to her other students saying they did this in their first try but she doesn't comprehend that everyone learns differently, she would mention her driving instructor didn't believe in her yet you were doing the exact same thing their was doing truly your no different. she got so fed up she let me go, yes she didn't want to teach me anymore and just gave up on me. She made me loose confidence in myself and I stopped learning. I wrote this review to tell people if your a slow learner don't go for this company, she's not patient at all. NO STARS - I enquired with this instructor about driving lessons for my teenage daughter on 08/01/2026 - she informed me Fridays would be doable and as far as I was aware, it was booked in for Friday 23rd January, on the Monday 19/01/2026 she said she only had availability on a Monday, leaving me two days to find a new instructor before my daughters birthday. Not only is this unprofessional to say the least but also disappointing - I was hoping she was someone I could trust with teaching my daughter to drive - but she can't even be trusted to book a lesson. I hope whoever managed to get in for driving lessons with this horrendous human being, is safe & hopefully she teaches a lot better than her customer service or organisation. Read Less
